Delivery And Shipping

We offer UK and International delivery. Our delivery options are listed below:

UK Shipping

Channel Islands – When placing an order for delivery to the Channel Islands please select either Jersey or Guernsey as your deliverycountry. This will make sure that you are not charged VAT.

Free Shipping (UK only) – We offer free shipping within the UK only for orders with a value of £50.00 or over. Free shipping orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48™.

Royal Mail Tracked 48™ (UK only) – All UK orders, including Free Delivery unless otherwise stated, are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48™ . This doesn’t mean that you will receive your order 48 hours after placing it! We do our very best to ensure that all orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day but we can not guarantee it. Royal Mail try to deliver these packages within 2-3 days, but do not guarantee it.  You do not have to sign for Tracked 48™ deliveries, the delivery driver electronically ‘signs’ for the package, so tracking is available. If you do not receive your delivery please check any safe places or with neighbours before contacting us. Prices start at £5.40 and increase according to weight.

Evri – This is an express delivery option that is tracked and will need to be signed for. Most deliveries will arrive the next working day, however this is not a guaranteed service. Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day. If you place your order on a Friday and want next day delivery, you must choose UK Saturday Guaranteed. Please supply an email address and phone number. You will receive an email or text message from Evri confirming your delivery and giving you options to suggest a safe place to leave the package(this only applies to domestic addresses). Please note we are unable to send Evri shipments to PO Box addresses.
International Shipping
Please note that we are not currently offering free international shipping.

Refunds & Returns

At ‘VitaRite’, we are sure you will be pleased with your purchases from ‘VitaRite’. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. Our straightforward policies and procedure for such eventualities are set out below.
Items damaged in transit or considered faulty on arrival
If any items were damaged in transit or are considered faulty, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, where appropriate, it is best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned complete with all accompanying documentation and with a note to inform us if the carriers documentation was signed as “damaged on arrival”. Note that “unopened” infers that no further attempt has been made to open any packaging beyond the damage evident on arrival. Please also note that in order to reduce frivolous claims, we reserve the right to initiate a claim for reimbursement from the original carrier where this is possible, and entirely at our discretion, any subsequent refund may be proportionate to the success or otherwise of such a claim.

Once received back into our warehouse, provided the above conditions are met, we will issue a replacement or full refund as appropriate. A refund will be made via your original payment method and will include your reasonable return carriage costs as well as any carriage costs paid by you for us to ship your original order.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt.

Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at our premises, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method minus our original shipping and handling costs at a rate to be determined at the time of notification of intent to return.
